This program reintroduces our young people to the construction business.

The Goal of the Weekend is to:

​

• Briefly expose underrepresented individuals and groups to opportunities in the Construction Businesses.

​

• Provide an opportunity for young people who are economically disadvantaged regardless of their ethnic background.

​

• Allow companies and institutions an opportunity to partner with us in our mission to expose, encourage, empower, and educate our minority/underrepresented youth.

​

• Provide an opportunity for Denton's local entrepreneurs to collaborate, network, and develop synergy needed for long-term success.

​

• Offer alternatives options for Juvenile Detainees and provide an opportunity for change.
